MAK GROUP PTY(LTD) is a company based in Elim and we service customers from Elim and everywhere in the country.
The purpose of this team is to take care of your event from beginning to end, you don’t need to worry about anything.
All you need to do is to brief the team with full details of your event requirements using download request form link. It will only cost you 16% management fee of all your total cost.
We run your event from the background while managing all the required elements, making sure that all clients requirements take place as briefed.

We offer VIP Transportation – This can be Client, Special Guests, Crew, Artist and DJs. This can be anywhere maybe from Airport to event or from Accommodation to event.

If you need to add a fresh breeze and beautiful colourful look for your event. We have supplier who can provide us with fresh and nice flowers for your event.

If you require extra entertainment for your event, we are the right partner to provide you with such. Dance Crew, Comedy, MC’s, Artist, Live band and DJ’s etc.
Accommodation
We source accommodation you as client and for your guest in and around the area where you are having your event.
Bar & Drinks
We source BAR service from well know suppliers and we recommend the service to our clients. We have a full BAR service with waiters and waitress including beverages. We also do Full BAR service – With client providing us with beverages.
Outfits
We usually leave this to customer to run with however if there is a need for MAK GROUP to assist we always welcome that opportunity.
Gifts
You can get your guest a takeaway gift, we can recommend something and source it out for you. This includes promo items and branding.
Emergencies
If your events require medical and emergency services like and ambulance and medical personal on site.
Certification
We also assist with all events requiring certificates, like Stage engineering & Fireworks Certificate etc
Source
All clients can request MAK GROUP to source anything and everything that they might need to secure for their event. This can be any element that can assist to make your event more memorable. This service we provide to all client those who are using us to manage their event and any other customer who just require this service.
Our Process
- Client must reach out to MAK GROUP via email. It will require high level event info. Please download the request form and email it to mak-group@elimonline.co.za
- MAK GROUP – will then reach out to client and set up meeting to discuss the requirement in detail. Meeting can be face to face or online.
- Client and MAK GROUP Will discuss budget and reach agreement in the meeting.
- Payment T&C’s agreement.
- Reaching the agreement, it means the work must start from MAK GROUP
- MAK GROUP Must respond with Process flow and the ETA of each and every element require by client.
- Client must make themselves available for any onsite required meetings.
- Event postmortem and Recon (Discussion of any outstanding monies or refunds to client).
